Suitable for children aged 5 yrs. to 11 yrs.Some children chew, nibble, and suck on things to calm their nervous system by stimulating the many nerve endings of the mouth and teeth. There is no risk associated with a strong need to chew on things, but if you want to give pencils, shirt sleeves, and pillows a break, then a sensory chew toy is a good idea. Sensory chew toys are a general term for chew jewellery, chew toys, chew necklaces, and vibrating chew toys for children who feel such a strong need to chew on something that special tools are needed to provide oral sensory input. Our chew tools are all safe and hygienic.
If out of the blue your child's behaviour changes, e.g. if they lose their appetite, or if you want to get your child the vibrating oral motor tool Z-vibe, we suggest that you seek guidance from an occupational therapist.
