Suitable for ages 5 yrs. to 11 yrs.Some children nibble, chew, and suck on things to calm their nervous system by stimulating the many nerve endings (so-called receptors) of the mouth and teeth. Chewing is not dangerous, but if you would like to give pillows, pencils, and shirt sleeves a break, then a sensory chew toy is a good idea.
