What makes this product special

Now your child can transport all their favourite treasures—animal figures, toy cars, doll shoes, hair ties, marbles, and more—on a cool Connetix truck of their own creation.

The two trailers offer lots of cargo space, and the large wheels are perfect for driving adventures all around the house.

Set includes:

3 vehicle bases (1 x train/truck base and 2 x trailer bases)

47 magnetic Connetix tiles

The activity is great for your child's well-being and ability to learn:

  • Unleash your imagination and see where the play takes you.
  • Here, your child's fine motor skills really come into play.
  • Improves your child's spatial awareness, which is vital for their future ability to make 3D drawings, fold a paper star, or eventually assemble a moving box on their own when the day comes.

Suitable for ages 3 yrs. to 11 yrs.

Building and constructing is fun, a bit time consuming, and very educational. We can certainly write a long essay about how building and construction play develops your child's fine motor skills, creativity, and hand-eye coordination as well as their understanding of geometry and interest in entrepreneurship.

With this type of play, your child also gets real-life experience with problem-solving when it comes to figuring out how to set up the construction so it doesn't fall over. Your child's construction play with all sorts of pieces, blocks, and other building materials develops their imagination and patience. Also, it's just such a confidence boost to construct a tall, tall tower or build the longest marble run ever, or to create an impressive domino field and film it as it topples.

Do you know CONNETIX?

In 2019, a mom and a dad were standing on a playground in Australia and came up with the idea for Connetix. Their children loved playing with magnetic building toys, and the parents came up with the idea to create even more transparent magnetic building tiles. At the same time, they designed a ball run that could be put together with the magnetic parts - and thus the original Connetix was born. Connetix are magnetic construction tiles that have a cleaner and more transparent design than, for example, Magna-Tiles. Connetix are even prettier to look through when your child builds in 2D against a window or on a light panel. They have two magnets per side and match with Magna-Tiles and Cleverclixx - but not with Magformers.

If you are going to play with ball runs, you can have more fun if you have a set of square magnetic construction tiles (either Magna-Tiles or Connetix) as well as a ball run kit. The ball run packs contain few or no regular building tiles, so they need a few extra parts to look nice and be stable.
