Suitable for children aged 3 yrs. to 11 yrs.Construction play is educational, fun, and also time consuming. We'll leave out a long-winded dissertation on how this type of play stimulates your child's fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and creativity as well as interest in entrepreneurship and understanding of geometry.
While playing, your child also gets real-life experience with solving problems when they need to figure out how to assemble the construction so it doesn't suddenly collapse. Your child's construction play with all sorts of building blocks, pieces, or magnets makes it fun for them to concentrate. And it's just such a confidence boost to construct a tall, tall tower or build the world's longest marble run, or to maybe make an impressive domino track and film it when it topples.

Do you know CONNETIX?
In 2019, a couple of parents in Australia came up with the idea for Connetix. Their children loved playing and building with magnetic construction toys, and the parents came up with the idea to create even more transparent magnetic building toys. At the same time, they designed a ball run that could be put together with the magnetic parts - and thus the original Connetix was born. Connetix are magnetic construction tiles that have a cleaner and more transparent design than, for example, Magna-Tiles. Connetix are much prettier to look through when your child builds in 2D against a window or on a light panel. They have two magnets on each side and match with Magna-Tiles and Cleverclixx - but not with Magformers.If you want to construct ball runs, you can have more fun if you have a set of square magnetic construction tiles (either Connetix or Magna-Tiles) as well as a kit with ball run parts. The ball run packs contain no or very few regular building tiles, so the ball runs require a few extra parts to look like the ones in the pictures.
