In 2019, a couple of parents in Australia came up with the idea for Connetix. Their children loved playing with magnetic building toys, and the parents came up with the idea to create even more see-through magnetic construction tiles. At the same time, they designed a ball run that could be put together with the magnetic parts - and thus the original Connetix was born. Connetix are magnetic building tiles that have a cleaner and more transparent design than, for example, Magna-Tiles. Connetix are even prettier to look through when your child builds in 2D against a window or on a light panel. They have two magnets on each side and match with Magna-Tiles and Cleverclixx - but not with Magformers.

Connetix are made from durable ABS plastic. It is good to know that in order to make a large ball run, it's best to have a set of square Magna-Tiles or Connetix plus a kit with ball run parts.
