What makes this product special

These little balls have a habit of rolling off and disappearing under the sofa—so it’s always a good idea to have a few extras on hand!

The activity is wonderful for your child's well-being and ability to learn new things:

  • Encourages your child to let their imagination fly.
  • Here, your child can work on fine motor skills.
  • Supports your child's spatial awareness, which is vital for their future ability to make 3D drawings, fold a paper star, or eventually assemble a moving box on their own when the day comes.

Suitable for ages 3 yrs. to 11 yrs.

Construction play is very educational, very fun, and a bit time consuming. We won't get into a long and tedious essay about how this type of play develops your child's fine motor skills, creativity, and hand-eye coordination as well as their understanding of geometry and interest in entrepreneurship.

With construction play, your child also gets hands-on experience with solving problems when it comes to figuring out how to design the construction so it doesn't collapse. Your child's construction play with all sorts of blocks, pieces, and sticks makes it fun for them to concentrate. Also, it's just so cool and satisfying to build the longest marble run ever or construct a skyscraper higher than yourself, or to make a really cool domino track and film it when it topples.

Do you know CONNETIX?

In 2019, a couple of parents in Australia came up with the idea for Connetix. Their children loved playing with magnetic construction toys, and the parents came up with the idea to create even more see-through magnetic construction tiles. At the same time, they designed a ball run that could be put together with the magnetic parts - and thus the original Connetix was born. Connetix are magnetic building tiles that are more transparent and have a cleaner design than, for example, Magna-Tiles. Connetix are even prettier to look through when your child builds in 2D against a window or on a light panel. They have two magnets per side and match with Magna-Tiles and Cleverclixx - but they cannot be combined with Magformers.

Connetix are made from durable ABS plastic. Be aware that in order to make a large ball run, you should ideally have a set of square Magna-Tiles or Connetix and also a set with ball run parts.
