For many children, cars and other vehicles with anywhere from 1 to 1,000 wheels are the ultimate toys to sleep with at night, talk about, play with, and dream about. And cars are certainly some of the greatest toys around with wheels that turn and tasks to solve.

Cars help patients to the hospital, transport everything from hay bales to t-shirts and jigsaw puzzles, take people on vacation to Amsterdam, and drive astronauts about on the Moon.

Playing with toy cars and vehicles can be both an exciting scientific game or a great role play activity. With friends or alone, fast and furious or quiet and calm - like when your child’s favourite tractor chugs about out in the field and sighs longingly for the barn and a sip of refreshing motor oil after a long day in the field.
