Cars carry sick people to the hospital, transport everything from oatmeal to tennis balls and jigsaw puzzles, take tourists to Berlin, and drive astronauts about on the Moon.

Playing with toy cars and vehicles can be an exciting scientific game or a great role play activity. With friends or alone, racing at full throttle or quiet and calm - like when the favourite tractor chugs about in the evening sun out in the field and looks longingly towards the barn and a sip of refreshing motor oil after a long workday.
