What makes this product special
Have conversations about what happens to food inside the body, where our food comes from, and when we usually eat it. This helps to develop your child’s vocabulary and knowledge. Play food is ideal for imaginative play, which inspires your child to act out real-life scenarios such as cooking, shopping, or going to a café.
Through role play, your child can experiment with rules, boundaries, and opportunities for identity formation and social interaction. When a group of children play together with play food, they learn how to work together, communicate, compromise, and take turns. You can also use the play food to play grocery store and practise making special offers, writing signs, and politely greeting customers. Your child can practise taking payments and giving back change, which improves their math skills.
The activity helps your child develop new skills and is wonderful for your child's well-being:
