Quadrilla Marble Run - Basic Coding, 130 pcs
This is an absolutely brilliant way to learn the basics of block coding through hands-on play.Â
With this set, your child can build a large marble run featuring 30 different challenges to solve along the way. The goal is to find the right solution to keep the marble moving through the track.Â
The set includes 30 challenge cards with building puzzles that encourage children to use both their hands and their problem-solving skills.Â
The set also includes 69 building pieces for constructing the marble run itself, plus 40 marbles for plenty of fast-paced rolling action.Â
With enough pieces for several children to build, experiment, and play together, this marble run promises hours of exciting challenges and creative fun. And thanks to the durable design, it’s ready for many years of play.Â
Build an impressive multi-level marble run by connecting the tracks at different heights using stackable blocks. Along the way, you’ll figure out how to turn the blocks to guide the marble where you want it to go.Â
In other words, it’s a wonderfully creative way to explore concepts like balance, equilibrium, acceleration, gravity, and sequencing through hands-on building play.Â
Each coloured block has its own special function that changes the marble’s path, so your child gradually discovers the logic behind block coding while they play. While coding on a computer with platforms like Scratch is entirely virtual, the Quadrilla marble run turns coding concepts into something tangible that children can build, touch, and experiment with. That hands-on experience makes coding concepts much easier to understand.
This marble run can be combined with the other sets in the Quadrilla series for even bigger builds and more creative fun. And if you don’t already have a Quadrilla marble run at home, we really think you’re in for a treat.Â

Do you know what STEM means, and why most kids learn better when school subjects mix and mingle?

Play is essential for children’s learning, well-being, and development. Through play, children learn about themselves and the world around them.
Play helps children:
• stay curious
• focus and become absorbed in what they're doing
• take on age-appropriate challenges
• build confidence
We believe children learn best by doing things for themselves:
• by making mistakes
• by getting messy
• by falling down and getting back up again
Resilience, confidence, and courage grow through experience, one small step at a time.
That's why we carefully choose toys that encourage independence, imagination, movement, and social skills — offering just the right balance of support, freedom, and opportunities to grow.
Carefully selected toys
We carefully handpick every toy from the vast world of toys available today. The only toys that make it into our range are ones we'd be happy to give our own children.
Every toy at ToyAcademy should:
• support learning through play
• be made from durable, high-quality materials
• be safe and enjoyable for children to play with

Suitable for ages 6 yrs. to 10 yrs.Construction play is educational, fun, and also time consuming. We won't get into a long and tedious dissertation on how this type of play develops your child's hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and creativity as well as understanding of geometry and interest in entrepreneurship.
While playing, your child also gets hands-on experience with solving problems when it comes to figuring out how to put together the construction so it doesn't fall over. Your child's construction play with all sorts of blocks, pieces, and sticks develops their imagination and patience. Also, it's such a confidence boost to build the longest marble run ever or construct a skyscraper higher than yourself, or to create a really cool row of dominoes and film it as it topples.
