What makes this product special
Suitable for children aged 3 yrs. to 7 yrs.
Toy food is great for role playing, which inspires your child to imitate real-life situations such as cooking, shopping, or visiting a café. Talk about where our food comes from and what happens to it inside the body. This helps expand your child’s knowledge and vocabulary.
Through role play, your child can gain experience with boundaries, rules, and opportunities for social interaction and identity formation. When the children play together with play food, they practise how to take turns, communicate and work together to reach compromises. You can also use the play food to play grocery store and practise writing little signs, coming up with prices and special offers, and practising polite phrases. Your child can practise taking payments and giving back change, which improves their math skills.
The activity helps your child develop new skills and is great for your child's well-being:
