Suitable for children aged 5 yrs. to 11 yrs.Some children nibble, chew, and suck on things to calm their nervous system by stimulating the many nerve endings (so-called receptors) of the teeth and mouth. There is no risk associated with a strong need to chew on things, but if you want to give pencils, shirt sleeves, and pillows a break, then a sensory chew toy is a good idea. Sensory chew toys are an umbrella term for chew necklaces, chew jewellery, chew toys, and vibrating chew toys for children who feel such a strong need to chew on things that special tools are needed to provide oral sensory input. Our chew tools are all safe and hygienic.
If you want to get your child the vibrating oral motor tool Z-vibe, or if your child's behaviour suddenly changes, e.g. if they lose their appetite, we recommend that you seek guidance from an occupational therapist.
