The Highwaykick 1 Push and Go combines all the best features of the Highwaykick 1 with a clever new addition—a parent push bar. Your child can sit comfortably or practise standing while you give them a gentle push along.

The perfect companion for children aged 1 to 5. What makes the Highwaykick 1 truly special is its clever 2-in-1 design—it works as both a balance bike and a scooter, so it grows with your child and keeps the fun going for longer.

Your child can start using the Highwaykick 1 from around age 1 and keep riding until around age 5.

  • Recommended for ages 1–5 years (Use as a balance bike from 1–3 years, and as a scooter from 1–5 years)
  • Max. weight: 50 kg on the scooter, 20 kg on the seat
  • Fits children 82-118 cm tall
  • Adjustable seat height: 22.5–29 cm
  • Adjustable handlebars: 57–64 cm
  • Rubber pad prevents forward tipping
  • Front wheels: 2 x 120 mm PU
  • Rear wheel: 80 mm PU
  • Rear and front brake
  • Easily switch between balance bike and scooter—completely tool-free
  • Weight: 2.8 kg

Please note: The parent push bar is not available as a separate add-on for the Highwaykick 1.

Top-notch quality and design, with a clear focus on safety, stability, and ergonomic comfort. From as early as age 1, your child can move around safely and comfortably.

How does it steer?
It’s all about balance! Instead of turning the handlebars (which actually don’t turn), your child steers by shifting their body weight from side to side.

That means balance training happens naturally as your child learns to control their centre of gravity by leaning their body from side to side.

More features:
The Highwaykick 1 is packed with clever features, including a patented front anti-tip bumper for extra safety. It helps prevent your child from tipping forward, so they can ride with confidence (and fewer tumbles).

Converting from balance bike to scooter (and back again) is quick and tool-free—done in just a few seconds.

The Highwaykick 1 Push and Go features a rear brake your child can use independently, plus an additional front brake so you can help slow things down when needed.

Suitable for ages 1 yr. to 5 yrs.

A balance bike is a fantastic way to build up your child's crossbody coordination and balance from a young age. The thing about balance bikes is that they don't have pedals, so your child pushes the bike along with their feet while straddling it.

Being able to zoom around and control their own speed (much more easily than on an ordinary bike) gives your child a feeling of freedom. At the same time, you can also practise traffic signals, left/right, and being considerate of other road users. A balance bike is a great way to challenge your child without having to worry about them having too many accidents - because at all times, your child has a foot on the ground and can easily regain balance or stop the bike.

A wonderful way to prepare for learning to ride a pedal bike. Quite often, your child can skip using training wheels on their pedal bike, because balance is no problem for them.
