Building and constructing is educational, fun, and also time consuming. We could easily write a long book about how building and construction play benefits your child's fine motor skills, creativity, and hand-eye coordination as well as understanding of geometry and interest in entrepreneurship.
While playing, your child also gets real-life experience with solving problems as they figure out how to build the construction so it doesn't suddenly collapse. Your child's construction play with all sorts of building blocks, pieces, or magnets stimulates their imagination. And it's just so cool and satisfying to build the longest marble run ever or construct a skyscraper higher than yourself, or to maybe create an impressive row of dominoes and film it as it topples.

Do you know Plus-Plus?
The pieces look like little plus signs and can be put together both in 2D and 3D – and they are available in small (2 x 1.2 x 0.4 cm) and large (5 x 3 x 1 cm) sizes and many colours. Plus-Plus are wonderful building toys that most kids adore. Playing with Plus-Plus builds up the children's sense of geometry and logic. On for example YouTube, you can find tons of building instructions and ideas for constructing amazing things with Plus-Plus.Plus-Plus® pieces are made in Denmark, and the factory exclusively uses renewable energy. You can wash them in the washing machine or dishwasher (if you have one) at 60 degrees.
You can donate or sell your Plus-Plus when the day comes when your child outgrows the building pieces. Plus-Plus® last for several years of use in schools and daycares, and they'll last about an entire lifetime when played with at home.
