Do you know Time Timer?

Being able to understand and sense time makes us feel safe and reduces stress. The Time Timer makes time visual, and it's actually not necessary to tell time in order to understand how the minutes are counting down.

Time is quite abstract, so in our opinion, the Time Timer is simply a stroke of genius. The red (or blue) disc clearly indicates how many minutes are left. The Time Timer has no distracting audible ticks, and it's easy to follow the countdown.

We have several Time Timer models to choose from. Time Timers are made with different minute counts, in various sizes, and even as wristwatches. The Time Timer is also great for people with special needs. The bigger models are suitable for bigger settings or for visually impaired users. They have high colour resolution and silent timers with no audible ticking.

This is how the 60-minute Time Timer works:
The clock counts down, but the numbers also go downwards and clockwise instead of up.

It's quite logical. For instance, when you need to adjust the Time Timer to 25 minutes, so your child knows there are 25 minutes left of the evening before they need to brush their teeth, scrub their toes, and crawl into bed, this is how it's done on the Time Timer:

Set the red disc so it covers 25 minutes. Now the dial is white from "12 o’clock" to where it normally would say "35 minutes" on a clock dial – because there are 25 minutes from "35" to "12 o’clock".

The smart thing about the Time Timer is that the clock dial is reversed. On the Time Timer, it doesn't say "35" when you set the timer to 25 minutes. It logically shows "25". And the clock counts down from "25" and not up from "35".

So, this means you need to set the classic 60-minute Time Timer to "25" when you want to count down from 25 minutes. When 5 minutes have passed, the red disc will be at "20" minutes, so it's obvious that there are only 20 minutes left until it's time to get ready for bed.
