What makes this product special
Suitable for children aged 5 yrs. to 10 yrs. BioBeads are a new type of pegboards and fuse beads from the Swedish manufacturer Nabbi, who have produced fuse beads for pegboards for years.
BioBeads are made from a material called Biodolomer. The manufacturing process requires less than 10 % of the amount of water used to produce bioplastics from for instance sugar cane. Biodolomer does not end up as microplastics in the oceans. It's heavier than water, so it doesn't float around on the ocean. And it is fully biodegradable.
If you use regular plastic fuse beads, you should not iron them together with BioBeads. Regular plastic beads and BioBeads have different melting points and will not fuse together.
