Animal figures are pretty much a classic children’s toy. Your child will probably use them for all kinds of fun and imaginative role play. Maybe the animals live in the wild or in a national park – or maybe they're off to the playground. Roleplay benefits the ability to make up imaginative stories and express them.
Maybe the animals also want to be counted, sorted, stacked, or arranged according to their initials or the number of syllables or letters in their names. The animals are also ideal if your child is practising math and needs to figure out how many animals you'll each get if you are three people and share them equally between you.
